Job Purpose

You will join our Planning & Forecasting team to learn and support demand planning, forecasting, and supply coordination. You will work closely with commercial, supply, and finance colleagues to help ensure the right products are available at the right time. We value curious, data-minded, and collaborative people. You will be instrumental in supporting the process of generating robust forecasts, extracting insightful management information, and proactively identifying potential opportunities and risks.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and maintenance of demand forecasts using historical sales and market inputs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and highlight variances to relevant teams with clear, actionable insights.
• Assist in monthly planning cycles, including data consolidation, and scenario analysis. and demand-supply alignment.
• Understand variances between actuals and plans/prior periods. Provide insightful intelligence on business performance drivers and identify risks.
• Support in preparation of management reports that results in key decision making
• Co-ordinate with Planning & Forecasting analysts to consolidate financial forecasts for the region / area
• Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce planning errors.
  
  
  

Education, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate or Up to 2 years of experience in planning, forecasting, supply chain, or related analytical roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills and willingness to learn planning systems and reporting tools.
• Clear communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or business intelligence reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to lead small improvement initiatives.
