Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and scheduling functions for multi-project portfolios.
• Manage a team of planners, ensuring schedule integrity and compliance with PMO standards.
• Interface with project directors, clients, and contractors to track progress and mitigate delays.
• Support bid schedules and baseline development for new projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15 years of planning experience across large multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven client-facing and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of EOT claims and forensic delay analysis is a plus.
