Plant Manager

A well-established pharmaceutical company based in Peshawar is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee overall factory operations, production efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, DRAP regulations, and QA/QC practices.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day plant operations and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with DRAP, WHO, and ISO standards.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments.
• Optimize productivity while maintaining product quality and safety.
