Job Title: Plant Operator – 19L Water Bottling Plant

Location: Japan Road, Islamabad

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and attentive Plant Operator to run and maintain our 19L water bottling line. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RO plant operations, bottle washing, filling, capping, and handling of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RO system, UV sterilizer, and filling machines.
• Ensure proper bottle washing, rinsing, and sanitization procedures are followed.
• Maintain production records (daily output, rejects, maintenance logs).
• Conduct basic quality checks (TDS, pH, taste, appearance).
• Perform routine maintenance and report faults to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the plant area.
• Assist in loading/unloading and inventory of bottles and caps when required.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum Matric / DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in RO or bottling plant operations (19L preferred).
• Basic understanding of water treatment and quality testing.
• Physically fit, punctual, and responsible.
• Willing to work in shifts when needed.
