Plant Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth functioning of plant activities across construction, industrial, and automotive sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing machinery, supervising teams, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the plant and construction sites.
• Ensure efficient use of plant machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and manpower allocation.
• Maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, tools, and vehicles, including luxury and industrial equipment.
• Train, guide, and evaluate plant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments for smooth project execution.
• Prepare reports on productivity, equipment status, and operational challenges.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Plant Supervisor or similar role in construction, industrial, or automotive sectors.
• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, vehicles, and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with luxury vehicles or specialized machinery is a plus.
• Certification in machinery operation or plant management.
