As we expand our product suite, we’re introducing a Product-Led Growth (PLG) layer across our platform to make Lucidya fully self-serve. This means enabling users to onboard faster, discover value quickly, and adopt features with minimal friction.
To drive this vision, we are building a dedicated PLG squad, and we’re hiring a PLG Product Manager to lead it.
This is a foundational role where you’ll build Lucidya’s PLG strategy from scratch. You will own the end-to-end self-serve journey -from signup to onboarding, activation, adoption, and expansion - ensuring users convert into active, paying, and loyal customers.
You’ll collaborate across Product, Design, Marketing, CX, and Engineering to create seamless user experiences, run growth experiments, and drive bottom-up adoption.

Requirements
- Build & Own PLG Strategy: Define and execute Lucidya’s PLG playbook, covering onboarding, activation, and adoption.
- Map User Journeys: From signup to expansion, identify friction and design seamless flows.
- Drive Growth Experiments: Run A/B tests, trial optimizations, and funnel experiments.
- Improve Onboarding & TTV: Reduce time-to-value (TTV) and increase product stickiness.
- Analytics-Driven Decisions: Define and track key PLG metrics (activation, adoption, retention, expansion).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with PMs, Marketing, CX, and Engineering to deliver experiments fast.
- Craft Onboarding Content: Partner with Product Marketing on emails, guides, and tutorials.
- Report Progress: Share insights, funnel analysis, and growth results with leadership.
- Activation Rate % of users reaching the “aha moment.”
- Adoption Rate % of users engaging with key features.
- Time-to-Value (TTV) Speed from signup to first delivered value.
- Expansion Revenue (NRR) Upsells and cross-sells from usage.

First 90 Days:
- Deliver Lucidya’s first PLG playbook and onboarding flows.
Launch signup- activation experiments.
- Redesign the self-serve onboarding experience.
Next 120 Days:
- Boost conversion & stickiness by 20-30%.
- Deploy PLG analytics dashboards.
- Align teams around a unified PLG growth narrative.
- Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in PLG or Growth roles.
- Domain: SaaS background (preferably B2B SaaS), with experience in self-serve products like Notion, HubSpot, Intercom, or Amplitude.
- Proven Track Record: Building PLG or growth strategies from scratch; optimizing onboarding and activation flows.
- Analytical: Data-driven mindset, comfortable with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools.
- Technical Comfort: Worked closely with engineers, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Languages: Arabic speaker (preferred).
- Location: Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh (onsite role).
- Growth Mindset: Passionate about experimentation and iteration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Able to influence CX, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Storytelling & Communication: Can explain insights simply and persuasively.
