Plumbing Foreman

The Plumbing Foreman will oversee and manage plumbing crews on job sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.

Experience Required- 5-8 yrs

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and direct plumbing crews on-site
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all installations meet local codes and company standards
• Maintain job site safety and enforce company safety policies
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen plumbers
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of projects
• Order materials, manage inventory, and minimize waste
• Provide daily job reports to management
