Plumbing Foreman

The MEP Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings in coordination with engineers, project managers, and site teams. The role ensures all drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and approved standards in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
• Develop drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems
• Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings
• Revise drawings based on consultant, client, and authority comments
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE codes, DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defense, and local regulations
• Support engineers during design development and site execution
• Prepare as-built drawings after project completion
• Maintain proper drawing records and document control
• Assist in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines
• Attend coordination meetings if required

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Drafting
• Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience as MEP Draftsman
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings
• Familiar with UAE authority submission requirements
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
