Key Responsibilities Document Control
- Maintain and update PMV-related documents including equipment logs, maintenance records, inspection reports, and calibration certificates.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of hard and soft copies in accordance with company procedures.
- Control the issuance, distribution, and retrieval of PMV documents.
- Monitor document revisions and ensure version control.
Coordination
- Liaise with site engineers, workshop supervisors, and procurement teams to track equipment status and movement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for PMV-related documentation (e.g., manuals, warranties, service reports).
- Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Support the PMV Manager in preparing reports and presentations.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all PMV documentation complies with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on equipment utilization, downtime, and maintenance.
- Track fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, and service schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in document control or coordination within the construction or PMV sector.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
