Pneumatic & Hydraulic Press Expert

Job responsibilities
Operation and maintenance:

• Set up, operate, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic presses according to specifications and safety protocols.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components to minimize downtime.
• Safely release compressed air from pneumatic systems before performing maintenance or inspections.

Technical skills:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions for press-in operations.
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to inspect and verify component dimensions.
• Adjust and calibrate machine settings, including pressure settings and tooling.
• Understand the principles of fluid power systems, including the differences in how hydraulic (incompressible liquid) and pneumatic (compressible gas) systems operate.

Quality and collaboration:

• Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation and detect malfunctions.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of machine performance and product specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
