JASARA PMC is in search of an accomplished Policy and Processes Expert Manager to oversee the development and management of our organizational policies and processes. This role is vital to ensuring that our policies are not only compliant with industry standards but also tailored to enhance operational efficiency and support our strategic goals.
As the Policy and Processes Expert Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to evaluate existing policies, identify areas for enhancement, and ensure that they promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in facilitating training and communication regarding policy changes to ensure alignment across the organization.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in policy management, process improvement, or compliance roles, ideally in project management or construction.
- Proficient understanding of regulatory landscapes and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting, analysing, and implementing policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
- Professional certifications in quality management, governance, or process improvement (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, PMP) are highly desirable
