About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Portal Specialist to take full ownership of our property listings and portal performance. This role is for someone who is structured, analytical, and comfortable with routine but also proactive and self-driven. You will manage portals, data, listings, and performance, working closely with marketing and leadership, without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals
• Handle Madhmoun submissions and approvals
• Upload and maintain properties on the company website
• Maintain structured databases and summary tables
• Analyze portal performance: leads, ranking, visibility, conversion
• Prepare clear analytics and performance reports
• Coordinate with the marketing team on property brochures
• Ensure consistency of pricing, visuals, and descriptions across all platforms
• Monitor competitors and market trends on portals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience
• Proven experience managing real estate portals
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Confident with Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable with repetitive and routine tasks
• High level of self-awareness and personal responsibility
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Organized, reliable, and process-driven
• Desire to grow professionally and improve systems
