About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Portal Specialist to manage and optimize property listings across leading UAE platforms, including Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

The role focuses on maintaining listing accuracy, improving visibility and lead generation, analyzing portal performance, and ensuring full compliance with company and UAE real estate standards, while working independently and proactively.

Key Responsibilities

Portal & Listing Management

• Manage and update property listings across major UAE portals including Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle

• Ensure accurate upload of property details, pricing, images, and descriptions

• Maintain consistency of pricing, visuals, and availability across all platforms

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure listing accuracy and compliance

• Manage Super Agent listings and maintain adherence to portal standards

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor and analyze portal performance including leads, ranking, visibility, and conversion rates

• Implement Search Engine Optimization strategies within portals to enhance exposure

• Prepare structured analytics and performance reports for management

• Track competitors and market trends across portals

Data & Coordination

• Maintain organized databases, tracking sheets, and summary tables (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Coordinate with the marketing team for property brochures and campaign alignment

• Distribute and monitor incoming leads to the sales team

• Ensure all listings comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience with direct portal management

• Proven hands-on experience managing Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Comfortable handling structured and repetitive operational tasks

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

• Organized, reliable, and process-driven

• Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills
