We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, energetic, and driven Fresh Real Estate Agents who are ready to build a successful career in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property viewings, market research, and client consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Learn and manage the full sales and leasing cycle with guidance from senior agents.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

• No prior real estate experience required — freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
