We are seeking a driven and professional Property Sales Consultant to join our expanding team and support clients in finding the right homes and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market assessments.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Provide expert advice on communities, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers will also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
