We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with 304 apartment units.

Our hourly pay rate is $18.00 - $19.50 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website https://www.rentanapt.com/, along with the website of the property to which you are applying.

Qualifications:

• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
• Grounds care. Pick-up trash
• Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
• Bilingual (any language) a plus
• Understand company policies

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
