Portfolio Manager - Dubai Real Estate (Off Plan)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Manager/Property Consultant with at least 6 Months of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities-

1-Client Relationship Management

2-Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions

3-Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.

4-Conduct market research to determine property value and competitive prices.
