POS Support Technician / Network Specialist

We are seeking a POS Support Technician / Network Specialist with hands-on experience in the restaurant industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for POS systems, setting up networks, and ensuring smooth hardware/software operations at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems in restaurants.
• Set up and maintain LAN networks, routers, and switches.
• Install and configure printers, drivers, and related hardware.
• Provide software installation, updates, and technical support for POS solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve system, network, and hardware issues quickly.
• Provide on-site and remote support to restaurant clients.
• Maintain documentation of setups, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in POS support within the restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of LAN setup, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with POS software installation and maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
