To strengthen our BI capabili;es, we are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design, build, and op;mize scalable repor;ng solu;ons.

Key Responsibili4es

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to provide insights on financial data (invoices, batches, repayments, reconcilia;ons).

Write DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query (M) transforma;ons to support business logic.

Op;mize data refresh schedules, query performance, and dataset size.

Work directly with PostgreSQL (AWS RDS) to write efficient SQL queries and model complex

rela;onships.

Build and manage Power BI Service workspaces, dataflows, and row-level security (RLS).

Collaborate with Finance, Opera;ons, and Technology teams to translate business requirements

into BI solu;ons.

Implement best prac;ces in data governance, security, and documenta;on.

Support audit and compliance teams with structured repor;ng.

Specific Responsibili4es and Ac4vi4es

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer

Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service administra;on.

Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or similar rela;onal databases.

Experience in data modeling (star schema, fact/dimension tables, rela;onships, KPIs).

Understanding of ETL processes and integra;on with mul;ple data sources (Excel, CSV, APIs,

cloud).

Knowledge of financial datasets (invoices, accounts receivable, payments) is a big advantage.

Solid understanding of data security and compliance when handling financial data.

Technical Skills & Qualifica4ons

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analy;cs, or related field.

2+ years of experience in BI development with Power BI.

Demonstrated experience delivering produc;on-grade dashboards for financial or transac;onal

data.

Strong communica;on skills to work across technical and business teams.

• Experience in the financial sector is highly desirable. Other skills

A strong communicator, fluent in English (wriDen and spoken), able to collaborate effec;vely across teams and with external partners.
