5–10 years of experience in developing and implementing BI solutions using Power BI

Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query (M language)

Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX calculations and building efficient semantic models

Experience in connecting Power BI to multiple data sources (SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, APIs, Excel)

Ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports aligned with business KPIs

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for large datasets and DirectQuery/Import modes

Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse) and/or AWS for data integration is a plus

Understanding of row-level security (RLS) and workspace governance

Microsoft Power BI certification or equivalent preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
