Power BI Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Power BI Developer / BI Analyst with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.

This role focuses on data modeling, DAX, SQL, and ERP integrations, supporting business stakeholders with accurate, insightful, and performance-optimized BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Connect Power BI with ERP systems (Odoo, Sage, or similar) and legacy databases
• Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation using Power Query
• Create and optimize DAX measures and calculated columns
• Optimize report performance, data models, and refresh schedules
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage Power BI workspace access
• Work with SQL databases (SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and BI best practices
• Provide documentation, user support, and basic training when required

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer / BI Analyst

Strong expertise in:

• Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
• DAX
• Power Query (M)
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases

Experience integrating Power BI with:

• ERP systems
• APIs / Web data sources
• On-premise and cloud databases
• Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Experience using Power BI Gateway
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo, Sage, or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure SQL, Data Factory)
• Basic understanding of ETL processes
• Experience working with Google Workspace environments
• Microsoft Power BI certification
