Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Power Station Coordinator to join our International Power Generation Division at the Lahore Office. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our power station operations, corporate leadership, and external regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate will excel at balancing government compliance with daily operational logistics, ensuring smooth site affairs, efficient vendor management, and seamless travel coordination for our team. If you are a hands-on coordinator with strong communication skills and experience navigating Pakistani energy and corporate authorities, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Government Compliance & Liaison: Manage SECP enterprise change procedures and lead regulatory interactions and meetings with key government departments, including SECP, NEPRA, and AEDB.
- Logistics & Fleet Management: Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for power station employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, dedicated vehicles, and security protocols.
- Procurement & Inventory: Oversee the procurement of office supplies and inspect power station materials and maintenance suppliers to maintain strict quality standards.
- Site Administration: Facilitate daily operations and site affairs for the Lahore office, including handling online billing.
- Financial Administration: Process commercial insurance claims and invoice reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Executive Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance and handle additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience coordinating government interactions and compliance within Pakistan (specifically with SECP, NEPRA, and AEDB).
- Skills: Strong expertise in procurement, vendor management, and fleet/logistics management.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple operational moving parts simultaneously.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate.
- 2-3 Years’ experience in the relevant capacity is a MUST
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
