Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. You will play a key role in driving qualified leads, improving ROI, and supporting the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • ⁠Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
  • ⁠Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to meet business KPIs (CPL, ROI, conversion rates).
  • ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • ⁠Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership, providing actionable recommendations for growth.
  • ⁠Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience managing high-conversion PPC campaigns.
  • ⁠Strong command of keyword research, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • ⁠Familiarity with funnel optimization and retargeting strategies.
  • ⁠Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, GA and GA4, etc.
  • ⁠Clear understanding of CPL/CPA benchmarks in creative service markets.
