Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical PPC specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in e-commerce campaigns, lead generation, data-driven optimisation, reporting, and client communication.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns to drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Manage e-commerce performance campaigns (ROAS-focused).
  • Handle lead generation campaigns with CPL targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Set up tracking via Google Tag Manager & GA4.

2. Data-Driven Optimization

  • Implement data-driven bidding strategies.
  • Highly data-driven approach to campaign management.
  • Optimise campaigns based on: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
  • Conversion rate & funnel performance
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
  • Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager & reporting tools.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Create performance dashboards.
  • Monitor and improve campaign ROI.

4. Client Communication

  • Handle client calls and meetings.
  • Present campaign performance and strategy updates.
  • Understand client business goals and align campaign strategies.
  • Provide strategic suggestions for growth and scaling.

5. Budget & Strategy Planning

  • Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently.
  • Forecast performance and scaling opportunities.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in PPC management.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Conversion tracking & GA4
  • Google Tag
  • Experience in data-driven campaign optimisation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads & Meta Certifications.
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
