We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, performance-oriented, and comfortable working in flexible shifts to support international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
  • Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Coordinate with SEO, content, and design teams for campaign success
  • Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a PPC / Paid Ads Specialist
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Social Media Ads
  • Good understanding of landing page optimization & conversion tracking
  • Experience with international client campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Shift Requirement (Important)

  • Must be comfortable working in flexible shifts (day/mid/night)
  • Experience working with global/international clients is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
