PR & Communication Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a sophisticated and strategic PR & Communications Executive to elevate the brand image of our luxury perfume line. This role will focus on crafting compelling brand narratives, managing high-end media relations, and positioning the brand within the luxury fragrance and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute PR and communication strategies aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning

2. Build and maintain relationships with premium media, stylists, influencers, and celebrities

3. Lead fragrance launches, exclusive previews, press events, and luxury brand activations

4. Craft high-quality brand stories, and communication materials reflecting brand heritage and identity

5. Oversee brand messaging across digital platforms, social media, and in-store experiences

6. Secure high-value media placements in fashion, beauty, and luxury publications

7. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling

8. Identify and manage brand partnerships with luxury platforms, designers, and influencers

9. Monitor brand perception and manage reputation in the market

10. Track PR performance, media coverage, and brand visibility metrics

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in PR and communications, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fragrance brands

2. Strong network within fashion, beauty, and luxury media

3. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a refined tone

4. Deep understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior

5. Experience managing high-profile events and influencer collaborations

6. Ability to maintain brand exclusivity and prestige in all communications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working with luxury fragrance or beauty brands
• Familiarity with global luxury trends and markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
