Research, Analysis, and Planning:

  • Research and select event management companies aligned with company strategy.
  • Evaluate the reputation and track record of event organizers.
  • Hold meetings, compare proposals, and assess feasibility based on target audience and event nature.
  • Choose suitable packages (gold, platinum, silver) based on company needs.
  • Develop a marketing plan, including collaboration opportunities for funding or partnerships.

Event Objective Definition:

  • Set primary event goals (e.g., product promotion, customer relationships, health awareness).
  • Determine ideal date, location, and confirm venue reservation.

Budgeting and Supplier Coordination:

  • Develop and manage the event budget, including advertising, entertainment, and promotional gifts.
  • Coordinate with senior management, accounting, marketing, and pharmacy departments to manage costs, review contracts, and plan promotional campaigns.

On-Site Management:

  • Supervise booth setup, ensure smooth event execution, and track event progress.
  • Manage the team, solve problems, and ensure operations run as planned.

Post-Event Evaluation:

  • Collect participant feedback and assess event success.
  • Prepare a comprehensive report with costs, outcomes, and feedback for future improvements.
