Research, Analysis, and Planning:
- Research and select event management companies aligned with company strategy.
- Evaluate the reputation and track record of event organizers.
- Hold meetings, compare proposals, and assess feasibility based on target audience and event nature.
- Choose suitable packages (gold, platinum, silver) based on company needs.
- Develop a marketing plan, including collaboration opportunities for funding or partnerships.
Event Objective Definition:
- Set primary event goals (e.g., product promotion, customer relationships, health awareness).
- Determine ideal date, location, and confirm venue reservation.
Budgeting and Supplier Coordination:
- Develop and manage the event budget, including advertising, entertainment, and promotional gifts.
- Coordinate with senior management, accounting, marketing, and pharmacy departments to manage costs, review contracts, and plan promotional campaigns.
On-Site Management:
- Supervise booth setup, ensure smooth event execution, and track event progress.
- Manage the team, solve problems, and ensure operations run as planned.
Post-Event Evaluation:
