Pre Sales Executive (IT Background)

SG Technical Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Pre Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process by understanding customer requirements and configuring solutions on Dell and HPE portals.

Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze customer requirements.

Configure systems on Dell and HPE partner portals.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate proposals.

Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field).

Basic understanding of IT hardware (servers, storage, laptops/desktops).

Hands-on experience (or willingness to learn) Dell & HPE configuration portals.

Prior Pre Sales Experience is an advantage for the candidate.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
