Presales Consultant- IT

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Presales engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to support pre-sales activities and deliver tailored solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with presales head and sales teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients.
• Support the creation of RFP/RFI responses.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
