Presales Consultant (Network & Network Security)

We are looking for a skilled Presales Consultant with strong expertise in networking and network security technologies. This role will partner closely with sales teams and customers to analyse business needs, design effective technical solutions, and support the full presales journey. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, aligning customer challenges with secure, scalable technology solutions to support business growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal sales teams to support customer engagements and opportunities.
  • Interact directly with customers to understand their business goals, pain points, and technical requirements.
  • Present, demonstrate, and conduct technical workshops on networking and security solutions.
  • Design and document high-level architectures, including HLDs, solution diagrams, and Bills of Material (BoM).
  • Prepare technical proposals and participate in RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors and distributors to validate and optimise solution designs.
  • Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and perform solution validation.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of solutions from presales to delivery and implementation teams.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in networking and cybersecurity.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within networking and security domains.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  • Networking Technologies: LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Routing & Switching
  • Cloud Networking & Security: SSE, ZTNA, CASB, Cloud-based Firewalls
  • Experience working with leading vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, or similar technologies.
