Presales Specialist

Presales Consultant works with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided. potentially considering new markets or clients to contact. Develop and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations tailored to client needs.

• Ensure proposed solutions align with best practices and client requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work.
• Manage the presales lifecycle including responses to RFI, RFP, and RFQ.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure smooth and successful deal closures.
• Liaise with Product Managers to relay client feedback and influence product development.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Uphold strict compliance with company policies and information security protocols; report incidents promptly to the CISO.
• Support senior management with additional duties as assigned.
• Contribute to Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Business Continuity Planning.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in presales or a related technical consulting role.
• Proven ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Established relationships with international vendors and customers in the target region.
