We are currently seeking a reliable, nurturing, and enthusiastic Preschool Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom
  • Assist with implementing daily lessons and activities
  • Help foster children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
  • Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and behavior guidance
  • Serve as a positive and professional role model

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience working with young children preferred
  • Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Schedule

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • No nights or weekends
