<Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to preschool-aged children, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods when applicable
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children’s individual needs
- Plan and execute daily lesson plans that encourage exploration, creativity, and early childhood development milestones
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure smooth transitions and maintain high levels of engagement among students
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives
- Incorporate early intervention strategies and special education techniques to support children with diverse learning needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results while ensuring compliance with educational standards
<Skills>
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Experience with curriculum development across various domains including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills
- Proven classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and create an organized learning environment
- Ability to work effectively with children of different ages, including toddlers and preschoolers in daycare or private school settings
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners
- Familiarity with special education techniques and early intervention programs
- Experience implementing Montessori methods or other specialized educational approaches is a plus
- Competence in lesson planning, tutoring, standardized testing procedures, and child welfare practices
