The Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix has rapidly become a world-class event in its first three years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.
SUMMARY:
The PowerPoint Presentation Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Operations team by producing high-quality presentations and visual assets for the team's commercial proposals, partnership decks, and key internal deliverables.
Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Operations, the role will be a critical execution partner across the team's presentation output. The right candidate brings a high standard of craft to everything they produce, takes ownership of the details others overlook, and understands the quality needed to put in front of a partner or stakeholder.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presentation Development

Design polished, high impact presentations by interpreting strategic direction into original visual concepts and narrative structures, maintaining a standard of quality that reflects the caliber of the organization

Develop original slide layouts and visual systems with an eye for alignment, spacing, hierarchy, and visual coherence across every deck

Translate and shape independently commercial data, partnership details, and strategic messaging into clear, compelling narratives

Prioritize and manage multiple creative workstreams, applying independent judgment delivering high- on tight and sometimes shifting timelines

Own the creative quality of all presentation materials, ensuring visual coherence and narrative clarity through expert-level design judgment
Visual Content and Mockup Production

Source and curate compelling, on-brand imagery for use across commercial proposals and presentation materials, approaching image selection as a deliberate and considered process

Translate concept or direction into creative direction, assess what a visual mockup needs to achieve, identify the right reference imagery, and develop a clear and detailed brief for the internal creative team, outlining the required adjustments and desired result

Lead the workflow and act as the primary point of contact between the Commercial Operations team and the creative team for mockup production, managing feedback and revision process

As needed, independently produce visual mockups, working directly in tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Integrate completed visual assets and mockups into presentation decks with precision and care for the overall design

Build and maintain an organized library of approved imagery, mockups, and visual assets for the team’s ongoing use
Internal Support

Contribute skill set to the Commercial Operations team as priorities evolve

Stay informed on visual and presentation design trends to ensure team materials remain fresh, competitive, and visually compelling
QUALIFICATIONS:

2-4 years of experience in a presentation specialist, visual content, or closely related role; experience in sports, entertainment, media, or a similarly deadline-driven commercial environment is a strong plus

Background in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience; a strong portfolio carries more weight than formal credentials

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; proficiency in Canva or other design platforms is not a substitute; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

A portfolio of PowerPoint work that demonstrates both technical precision and visual quality; candidates will be asked to share examples

Strong visual sensibility grounded in design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, and hierarchy as applied to business and commercial presentations

Thoughtful and intentional approach to imagery selection, with the ability to identify visuals that serve the specific tone and purpose of a given deliverable

Meticulous eye for detail

Ability to translate a creative concept into a precise, actionable brief for a design team and manage revisions through to a final result

Experience in working under pressure with the fluctuating pace of a fast-paced organization

Experience coordinating with internal creative or design teams to produce visual assets
