Pricing Analyst

Role Purpose -

Are you passionate about payments and pricing? Do you know the ins and outs of merchant acquiring, and love working with data to drive smart decisions? We’re a fast-growing fintech , and we’re looking for someone just like you!

The responsibilities we entrust you with -

• Own and evolve our pricing strategy for acquiring new merchants or retention
• Execute price plans end to end from price plan creation to merchant offer to deal approval & post deployment evaluation
• Analyse transaction data to uncover insights and improve margins
• Collaborate with product, sales, and ops to build/ enhance pricing models
• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory shifts
• Build dashboards/ tools that help us stay sharp in pricing impact & optimisation

What matters in this role -

• 3+ years in business finance, pricing, or strategy roles
• Experience in cost benefit analysis for new pricing deals
• Familiarity with MDR, interchange, and transaction cost structures a plus
• Hands-on with Excel; SQL, Power BI/Tableau experience preferred
• Startup mindset – agile, curious, and ready to hustle
