Print Ready Designer (AUS Shift)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Job Timing: 3am -12pm

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Print-Ready Designer with expertise in the custom boxes and packaging industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and preparing print-ready artwork files for packaging production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with printing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare print-ready files for custom packaging (boxes, labels, inserts, etc.).
• Create and refine die-lines, die-cuts, embossing, foiling, spot UV, and other special finishing elements.
• Ensure all files meet the printing and pre-press requirements for offset, digital, and flexographic printing.
• Manage color separations, trapping, overprint, and bleed settings according to print standards.
• Collaborate with clients, sales, and production teams to finalize artwork.
• Conduct quality checks on files before sending them to production to eliminate errors.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all design outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest packaging design trends, printing technologies, and pre-press standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in print design, preferably in the custom packaging/printing industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Corel DRAW.
• Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, flexo, digital).
• Knowledge of color management, Pantone/CMYK standards, and pre-press workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
