Printer Support Engineer

Install and configure printers, scanners, and related equipment in both office and industrial environments.

Ensure all devices are properly connected to networks and functioning as intended.

Perform routine maintenance on printers and related hardware (cleaning, part replacement, firmware updates).

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting printer performance.

Analyze error codes and perform diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.

Provide technical support over the phone, via email, or in person to resolve printer issues.

Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning, part replacement, and software updates.

Diagnose and resolve printer malfunctions such as paper jams, connectivity issues, and print quality problems.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and internal teams.

Maintain inventory of spare parts, toner, and consumables.

Document service reports, maintenance records, and repair histories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
