Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Printing and Packaging Manager to lead and manage our printing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle—from planning to final delivery—ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all printing and packaging operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production deadlines.
• Develop and implement production plans in line with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and material wastage.
• Maintain and ensure regular servicing of printing machinery and packaging equipment.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless execution of projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize production workflows and introduce new technologies or methods to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, waste reduction, and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Science, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the printing and packaging industry.
• Sound knowledge of various printing techniques (e.g., Offset, Flexographic, Digital, Gravure).
• Strong understanding of packaging materials such as paperboard, flexible packaging, corrugated boxes, and labels.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in production planning software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
