Private Chef

We’re seeking a professional, experienced Private Chef to work full-time on-site for a female executive in Al Muntazah, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on Lebanese and healthy cuisine tailored to a cardiac dietary plan.

Key responsibilities

Prepare breakfast (5:00), lunch (12:00) and dinner (18:00), six days/week.

Develop and rotate cardiac-friendly Lebanese/healthy menus; accommodate occasional guests.

Perform grocery shopping, manage pantry, inventory and supplier orders.

Budgeting, menu costing and stock control.

Full kitchen maintenance and cleaning; ensure food safety and hygiene standards.

Maintain records, menu plans and dietary logs; follow prescribed dietary requirements.

Sign NDA and maintain strict client confidentiality.

Provide professional references.

Requirements

Qualified chef with minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel kitchen or equivalent private-chef experience.

Relevant food-safety/hygiene certifications (required).

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Able to live on-site and commit to outlined hours and duties.

Immediate availability preferred.
