Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and multilingual Private Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to the General Manager of a diverse and fast-paced investment and business development company. The ideal candidate is sharp, dependable, well-organized, and highly responsive, with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on all official/government transactions and applications
  • Organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Draft and respond to emails, messages, and calls professionally
  • Handle sensitive documents and manage digital and physical filing systems
  • Represent the executive in selected meetings or visits as needed
  • Coordinate with internal team members, suppliers, clients, and external partners
  • Handle multiple tasks and respond quickly and effectively to any situation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
  • Quick-thinking, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience dealing with government departments and private companies
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential matters discreetly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
