Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing employment visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, medical, and immigration procedures.
Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, ICP, Municipality, and other government authorities.
Maintain employee records, passport details, visa status, and document renewals.
Follow up company trade license, labour file, and official document renewals.
Prepare and submit required applications, forms, and official documents.
Coordinate with HR and Administration departments regarding employee legal documentation.
Handle document collection, submission, and approvals from government departments.
Ensure all company and employee documents remain valid and updated.
Support new employee onboarding formalities related to government approvals.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years UAE experience in PRO / Administration field.
Knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures.
Familiarity with MOHRE, ICP, Tasheel, and related online systems.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration or related field.
