Admin (Licensing Assistant)

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin (Licensing Assistant) to support DOH licensing, regulatory compliance, and training operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage DOH licensing processes, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
  • Coordinate and organize training programs and maintain attendance records
  • Maintain accurate staff and trainee records
  • Process malpractice insurance applications and renewals
  • Provide administrative support to the Training & Government Affairs Department
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare administration or regulatory affairs is preferred
  • Knowledge of DOH regulations is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
