Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and presentable Admin Assistant to provide administrative and office support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, strong typing abilities, and the capability to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and company records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Support various departments with administrative requirements.
  • Ensure proper document control and record management.

Requirements

  • High School/ Diploma/ Degree
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of document management and office procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and coordination skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
