Job Title: Admin Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and presentable Admin Assistant to provide administrative and office support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, strong typing abilities, and the capability to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communications.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Support various departments with administrative requirements.
- Ensure proper document control and record management.
Requirements
- High School/ Diploma/ Degree
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of document management and office procedures.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and coordination skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
