PRO – Healthcare Referral Network

Job Description (Short Intro)

We are hiring a PRO – Healthcare Referral Network to build and expand referral channels through clinic visits, doctor liaison, and healthcare outreach for our psychiatry and mental health services. This is a field-based role involving daily visits, relationship building, and follow-up coordination with referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to clinics, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare partners
• Build, maintain, and grow referral relationships for OP/IP services
• Promote services ethically and professionally within the healthcare community
• Coordinate referral cases with internal admissions/front office teams
• Track and report referrals, visit logs, and performance metrics
• Participate in outreach and awareness programs, camps, and events when needed
• Support corporate/organization tie-ups when applicable

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate (Any Discipline) — Healthcare & Pharma background preferred
• Experience as Medical Representative / PRO / Healthcare BD / Liaison preferred
• Good communication & relationship-building skills
• Language: Malayalam (Required) + English (Preferred)
• Basic computer skills for reporting
• 2-wheeler preferred for field mobility
