Process Development Assistant Manager

We are looking for a “ Process Development Assistant Manager ” to be assigned to our “Corporate Development” department located in “İstanbul HQ.”


WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in process management, business process improvement, transformation, or project management
  • Experience with process modeling and governance tools (Preferably ARIS or similar platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of process KPIs, performance measurement, and reporting
  • Experience in process–system integration within ERP and digital transformation projects
  • Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • No restrictions on international travel


WHAT AWAITS YOU?

  • Ensure the organization-wide implementation of the corporate process architecture, process hierarchy, and process repository standards
  • Support the effective operation of the process ownership model and coordinate closely with process owners
  • Conduct end-to-end process analyses in collaboration with business units and develop As-Is / To-Be process designs
  • Lead process standardization, improvement, and control point design activities in cooperation with Internal Control and relevant teams
  • Define, monitor, and manage process performance indicators (KPIs), and coordinate improvement actions based on results
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and variations, and ensure the execution of corrective action plans
  • Manage the effective use and adoption of process governance and automation tools
  • Monitor the organization-wide adoption levels of digital processes and lead initiatives to increase usage
  • Ensure alignment of process changes with corporate documentation (procedures, instructions, and forms) and coordinate with relevant teams
  • Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Control teams in identifying process risks and supporting risk–control activities
