Walk-In Interview – Process Engineer / Design Engineer Positions | Crevac Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Crevac Tech, a joint venture between Italy and India, provides Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management services for Power, Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Industrial Chemical sectors.

We are conducting a Walk-In Interview for the following positions:

Positions:

• Process Engineer
• Senior Process Engineer
• Lead Process Engineer

Experience: 5–15 Years
Project Background: Oil & Gas (Onshore / Offshore), Refinery, Petrochemical, Process Equipment Design, EPC Projects

Required Skills / Job Profile:

• Work on Basic, FEED, or Detailed Engineering design complying with project requirements
• Develop professional process engineering competencies to provide future engineering capacity
• Responsible for completion of assigned engineering tasks and preparation of process engineering documents
• Perform design activities assigned by Process Lead Engineer
• Prepare process equipment and instrument-related documents within project timelines
• Check accuracy of documents and refer to technical manuals
• Provide design inputs and review documents/drawings prepared by the design team
• Keep up-to-date with new standards, process software, and procedures and implement in day-to-day work
• Perform sizing calculations for process equipment (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, Compressors, Separators, Reactors, etc.) and prepare Equipment Datasheets
• Perform line size, hydraulic, and pump NPSH calculations
• Prepare process specifications, PFDs, P&IDs, and other process deliverables
• Knowledge of Static, Rotary, and Package (Process & Utility) units
• Well conversant with International Codes & Standards (ASME, ASTM, API, AWS, etc.)
• Knowledge of software such as PV Elite, Compress, AME-Tank, Aspen HYSYS, Aspen PLUS, Flare Net, AVEVA
• Preparation/checking of Mechanical Datasheets, Specifications, RFQs, TBEs
• Review Vendor Documentation and check Equipment GA and Detail Drawings
• Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations

B.E – Chemical

Tools / Software Exposure:

AutoCAD, Aspen HYSYS, Aspen PLUS, Flare Net, AVEVA, PV Elite, Compress, AME-Tank
