Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt and effective response to day to day stakeholder communication within agreed SLA and in alignment of task urgency\deadline.
  • Focus on customers’ problem resolution scenarios with high level of ownership.
  • Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Customer Experience processes.
  • Attend to export and\or import-specific processes as assigned within the team, namely:

Import-specific processes

  • Complete import process, complying with SLAs and global process design.
  • Execute pre-arrival and import manifest process.
  • Facilitate completion of documentation process, closing of open export tasks.
  • Support with proactive activities that facilitate smooth cargo readiness and delivery order to ensure high levels of customer experience and avoid additional costs
  • Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.

Export-specific processes

  • Conduct Vessel reconciliation\CRVR and manifest process as per process design.
  • Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargo release.
  • Work in close coordination with Area Partners\local focal to improve downfalls.

Who we are looking for;

Suitable university degree.

Customer centric mindset with focus on service orientation

Attentive to details with high sense of urgency and stress handling.

Good communication skills

Excellent Learning capability.

Excellent command of English in verbal, reading and writing

Excellent command of MS-Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)

Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment) when required.
