About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Process Optimization Specialist to analyze, improve, and streamline our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and ensuring that workflows align with organizational goals. This role requires excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy new workflows.
• Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive continuous improvement.
• Measure and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of implemented changes.
• Recommend tools, technologies, and automation solutions for process enhancement.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, process mapping tools, and project management software.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification.
• Experience with automation tools, ERP systems, or workflow management platforms.
• Exposure to change management practices.
