Principal responsibilities

Implementing appropriate control on transactions received in Wolf System.

French is a must

Provide consistent and satisfactory service to departments and branches throughout the agreed SLA.

Work with Global Wolf Team to identify service deficiencies and verify problems & verify outputs and related inputs of problems and preparing steps for solutions.

Act with Wolf Team for improvement to the Dept. services to meet the customer's requirements.

Day to day problem solving for deficiencies.
Requirements

Responsible for checking wolf suspected transactions and handling Good guys
-
Make and follow up cases on GPI for sanction monitoring
-
World check 1st and 2nd level for Wolf Team.

To ensure that tasks are prioritized, processed and completed in accordance with procedures

To provide a high-quality service, in line with procedures and compliance guidelines

Facilitate enhanced process efficiencies and ensure consistent quality service is provided

To ensure that a high level of awareness about Compliance, Money Laundering and other legal and regulatory requirements are maintained at all times

Demonstrated flexibility to work rotational shifts with non-consecutive weekly off days and to support overtime as business need requires.
