Procurement Analyst

The Client:

Our client is a leading FMCG brand in Dubai. As they continue to strengthen their supply chain operations, they are looking for a motivated Procurement Analyst to support their indirect procurement activities.

The Role:

As a Procurement Analyst, you will assist the Procurement Manager in day-to-day procurement tasks, reporting, and analysis. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in procurement and supply chain within the FMCG sector.

• Support the Procurement Manager in indirect procurement activities.
• Maintain and update supplier data and procurement records.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Conduct market research to identify suppliers, price trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role.
• Fluent command of English.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills (formulas, analysis, dashboards).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, good planning, and organization skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work to deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
